Yes. A tattoo or body piercing studio must have a current license issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to operate the studio. At 360 Art Tattoo Studio we are licensed and insured, also, our artists meet the OSHA training standard with the Bloodborne Pathogens Certification.

In Texas you need to be 18 years or older to get a tattoo. ID is required.
An artist may not perform body piercing on a person younger than 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. The minor will need a notarized consent to the studio that contains the name, address and phone number of the minor and parent, or guardian; the location of the body that may be pierced; and signatures of the minor and the parent or guardian. The adult must be present at the studio during the piercing and signs statements swearing they are the parent or guardian.
Birth Certificate of the minor will be needed, matching the parent's ID name and a picture ID of the minor (school ID, passport, and DL)
Yes we do!! We always recommend calling or emailing before heading to the shop to check the artists availability.
The cost of your tattoo will all depend on its size, location, amount of detail, and the time needed to complete it. Pricing starts at $80 (shop minimum) for smaller tattoos and goes up from there. Our artists charge per session, we don't charge per hour and each artist have a different rate. Sessions are priced according to your artist’s daily rate.
We ask that you limit your visitors to only 1 extra person with you in the studio at a time. Contact your artist directly to see if we can accommodate an exception for special circumstances.

Pain tolerance varies by person. But typically yes, getting a tattoo does hurt. The pain is manageable but some areas are more sensitive than others.
We don't recommend numbing cream because it can affect the healing process by changing the outcome of the ink color, and also, increase the risk of getting an infection or allergic reaction.
Yes, we take all Credit and Debit Cards at the shop (taxes will apply)
If you’re sick it’s best to reschedule. Your tolerance to pain and stress will be low, and your artist probably does not want to catch anything.
If your pregnant, you will need to schedule for after baby is born. A tattoo can be to stressful on the body for a pregnant mother.
We definitely not. A tattoo is a permanent mark or design made on your skin with pigments inserted through pricks into the skin's top layer.
